THE GRATE COMPARISON

THE GRATE COMPARISON

The Self Feeding Fireplace Cradle Grate™ cannot talk so we will talk for it.
Fireplace Grates for wood or coal burning, this is what to look for and expect:

1. By far the best Fireplace Grates are made of Cast Iron, Not Steel. Steel Bar Stock Grates are made cheaply and just don't last.

2.  A good Grate should hold all of your fuel in the Grate and not under the Grate. This allows for a hotter coal bed.

3. The heavier the Grate the more heat will enter the room.

4. Draft holes at the lowest  base of the Grate should be as small as 1/2 inch wide and as long as possible.

5. Now what makes the Self Feeding Fireplace Cradle Grate™ stand out and surpass all other Grates, because of its weight and being oval in shape the fuel automatically burns to the lowest point of gravity.

6. If you wish, you can cradle the Grate higher in the back and this will direct more heat forward into your room and not up the chimney.

7. You can then reverse the oval feature and have your Grate higher in the front to place larger sums of fuel for a longer and larger burning fires without the danger of logs rolling forward.

8. This Grate, because of it's scientific design, rates a triple plus and merits a 5 year warranty.

9. More heat, slower burn, saves you $$$.

10. Have a "GREAT" Day.
